Eight Days of Godzilla!
The Godzilla Collection (2007) was originally released in a handsome box set that has recently been re-released as a value package comprised of two multi-disk plastic cases. While lacking the attractive packaging, the eight original disks with all the special features are included. Having previously reviewed two of the films: Gojira (1954) and Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964), I now feel obligated to review the balance of the box set. As a huge fan of these movies during my childhood, it is only recently that I’ve had the opportunity to view them in Japanese, rather than the dubbed and edited English versions (Klaus Ming February 2012).
