Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015)

forceawakensThe Force Awakens picks up the Star Wars saga over 30 years from where Return of the Jedi (1983) ended. As the seventh installment in the film franchise, it is arguably the best and perhaps the most entertaining. And while the original cast beautifully reprise their roles, the film’s success is found in the convincing performances of the new cast members, and its simple fresh approach of storytelling which was lost in the previous three prequels. Undoubtedly a joyous relief for Star Wars fans, The Force Awakens is a terrific reboot of the much beloved and maligned franchise (Klaus Ming December 2015).

Not a great movie, but still, a very good one that shows that there’s plenty more good stuff to come. Nice review Klaus.

I really enjoyed it. Nothing too much to think about, just a lot of fun.
