i_2015“I” is an extraordinary and extravagant romantic fantasy that overflows with dance, song, action and comedy. This is the unlikely story of a bodybuilder turned supermodel who seeks revenge against those who have turned him into a hideous hunchback monster. Playing with elements from The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Beauty and the Beast, this is a technically brilliant film that features amazing sets and beautiful locations that bombard the senses. If criticism is to be found, it is the film’s three-hour running time, which proves that there can be too much of a good thing (Klaus Ming January 2016).
