hatefuleightTold in six chapters, The Hateful Eight is a stylish dark comedic western that brings together eight individuals to a stagecoach stopover known as Minnie’s Haberdashery. Employing a stage play-like setting for much of the film, they wait out the blizzard which has forced their journey to a halt, during which we learn that their fates intertwined around the film’s central character, the villainous Daisy Domergue. Filled with wonderfully eccentric performances, The Hateful Eight is a masterful piece of storytelling, action and entertainment (Klaus Ming January 2016).
