Where to Invade Next (2015)

US 120m, Colour
Director: Michael Moore

where-to-invade-nextWhere to Invade next is one of Moore’s best documentaries. Filmed in the style of a travelogue, Moore travels to France, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Slovenia and Tunisia to see how other countries deal with a variety of socio-economic and political issues. Covering topics such as annual vacations, prison systems and banking, the film’s underlying theme is the potential contribution of women in society. A film with a surprisingly optimistic message, Where to Invade Next has a number of important messages not only for the United States, but for the future of humanity (Klaus Ming November 2016).
