Director: Matt Ross; Cast: Viggo Mortensen, George MacKay, Samantha Isler, Annalise Basso, Nicholas Hamilton, Shree Crooks, Charlie Shotwell, Frank Langella, Kathryn Hahn, Steve Zahn

captain_fantasticCaptain Fantastic is an emotional comedic drama about a bohemian family which has lived in the woods for a decade as a protest against mainstream society, only having to reintegrate themselves after a family tragedy. Filled with dark humor and some unexpected twists, this entertaining film also provides a commentary on the hypocrisy of Western values and taboos surrounding sex, violence and religion (Klaus Ming February 2017).
