Uncertain (2015)

US 82m, Colour
Directors: Ewan McNicol, Anna Sandilands; Cast: Wayne Smith, Zach Warren, Henry Lewis

Uncertain is a small Texas town that is home to 94 people, and is the story of three of its citizens: Henry, an old fisherman whose lake is threatened by an invasive plant species; Wayne, who hopes to kill a “legendary” wild boar with an antique rifle fitted with a night vision scope; and Zach, a 21 year-old X-box playing alcoholic who suffers from diabetes. Though their stories are markedly different, their precarious lives are bound by this small Texas town that offered them little more than a place to hide (Klaus Ming March 2017).
