Logan Lucky (2017)

US 119m, Colour
Director: Steven Soderbergh; Cast: Channing Tatum, Adam Driver, Riley Keough, Daniel Craig, Seth MacFarlane, Katie Holmes, Hilary Swank, Katherine Waterston and Sebastian Stan

Logan Lucky is an oddly entertaining, but ultimately unsatisfying comedy about three siblings who plan an elaborate robbery of a NASCAR track. Cursed with family misfortune, the Logan luck looks like it may finally change after Jimmy hatches a plan to rob the Charlotte Motor Speedway. With a weak plot and relatively few laughs, Logan Lucky left me wondering what it was all about, but not really caring enough to find out (Klaus Ming September 2017).
